Alfred Hot Spots

19th May 2017

With #Friyay finally here, and the last May bank holiday on the cards, it feels like summer is coming (finally), despite the torrential rain this week. At the Alfred office we have been cracking open the Prosecco in anticipation and visiting the latest attractions London has to offer. Here in our latest Alfred Hot Spots, we tell you just where we have been media networking and exploring over the past month to pass on our pearls of wisdom.

Alfred Networking

Located a stones throw away from Northcliffe House, home to Metro and Daily Mail is The Ivy Kensington Brasserie. The location is very handy for a media meet, but a bonus is that the food is also delicious and the setting beautiful. You are sure to have serious interior envy!

Alfred Inspiration

The David Hockney exhibition at The Tate Britain finishes on the 29th May, so you better get your skates on as it is worth the visit. The exhibition features the most famous works of one of the most recognisable artists of the 20th Century. Plus if you go to this you are sure to impress all your arty friends.

Alfred Adventures

Last weekend our newest recruit George added an extra year to his life and to celebrate he was introduced to the Emperor Tamarin Monkey’s at London Zoo. Adorable little creatures with an absolutely outstanding beard game. Feeding the Emperor Tamarin’s and Red TiTi monkeys was a wonderful experience and one we’d definitely recommend.

Alfred Eats

Bone Daddies in Old Street has now become an Alfred favourite dinner spot, being honest it is mainly due to the awesome frozen margaritas but the ramen isn’t bad either.

Alfred Visits

Meeting journalists is one of the best parts of #PRLife, especially when you get to have a breakfast meeting at the beautiful Sky Garden. Dine amongst the greenery with outstanding views of London – making it any Instagrammers dream, although try to go on a clear day to make the most of it.
