#ThrowbackThursday to our Alfred Summer Party where the team let loose and belted out some classics with Rockaoke! 

We also took the opportunity to reflect on the last year with the inaugural edition of ‘The Alfred Culture Awards’. We created these to champion team members who have made a significant contribution to Alfred’s positive, inclusive culture. Our culture and values sit at the very heart of our agency, so it felt right to celebrate the colleagues who live and breathe these values every day!

So in true award ceremony style, we’re announcing the winners of each category far and wide!

Alfredian of the Year: Celebrating an individual who has and continues to shape and champion company culture within Alfred. 

Winner: Emily Levy! 

Runners Up: Charlotte Gooch and Paulina Ziecek 

Alfred Excellence Award: A team member who never settles and drives forward our Alfred Excellence principles in everything they do

Winner: Charlotte Gooch

Runner Up: Lucie Rhodes

Leave Your Mark: Someone who embodies our talent proposition ‘Leave Your Mark’ and has created work for clients that leaves a positive mark on the world. 

Winner: Hannah Jackson

Runner Up: Liam Gathercole

Every Voice Matters: This award celebrates a team member who is inclusive, real and respectful, making a positive impact on the agency by making their colleagues feel heard and valued. 

Winner: Mark Hamill

Runner Up: Francesca Rivett-Carnac

Mental Health and Wellbeing Advocate: This award celebrates an individual who provides support, champions work/life balance, health and wellbeing practices. 

Winner: Holly Legg 

Runner Up: Debbie Lloyd 

And finally, we had to add an extra award, as team feedback was incredibly resounding that we have rising stars within the agency worth celebrating, so a sixth category was added!
