Highland Park – Cooking With Contrasting Flavours
As the global PR agency to Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Highland Park we were tasked to create a piece of content which would tell the story of the craftsmanship and artistry which comes with creating whisky, and how it pairs unexpectedly with interesting flavors – the first consumer-facing installment of their new brand platform ‘A Wild Harmony’ – how did we connect with a huge global audience through food and flavour?
A trio of incredibly talented chefs and foodies formed the ‘Cooking With Contrasting Flavours’ content series, a completely bespoke piece of content created especially for global paid media usage, paid media partnerships and Highland Park’s owned channels.
Together with James Cochran (Chef and winner of The Great British Menu), Judy Joo (Globally recognised chef and presenter) and Niki Segnit (Author and flavour expert), we explored food and flavour through a beautifully made content series which has been used to amplify Highland Park’s association with flavour and unexpected pairings – and sharing their brand platform ‘A Wild Harmony’ with the world.
James, Judy and Niki worked in tandem to create a delicious menu inspired by the Highland Park 12YO – taking inspiration from the flavour instilled within the whisky, and how it pairs unexpectedly with fresh and delicious ingredients.
The campaign exceeded KPIs with over 4.5 million impressions, 3.1 million users reached, and 100% of KPI’s met.
