Last night saw the Alfred team celebrating in full force, warmly welcoming in the new Olivia Rubin X Etsy homeware collection by way of a launch event that took place at the picturesque Bourne and Hollingsworth Garden Room.

The venue was packed full of top influencers and of course the Alfred and Etsy team all in attendance to celebrate British fashion designer Olivia Rubin’s first venture into the interior world. The collection itself sees Olivia move away from fashion for the first time to work with seven Etsy sellers who all specialise in unique and individual craft products coming together to create a range of products that includes smaller items like placemats and scented candles to bigger pieces like lighting and desk lamps. Of course, it wouldn’t have an Olivia Rubin stamp on it though without her iconic rainbow pastel colour palette too, so the range is packed with colour that would brighten up any room in the house. The Garden Room venue was decorated to match this décor accordingly with flower arrangements and rainbow candyfloss themed cocktails. Even the London sunset got the pastel colour memo! It was a jam-packed event with the editor of You Magazine Jo Elvin making an appearance to quiz Olivia on all things home and living, and Etsy seller Hopscotch London hosting a fun room fragrance making workshop. A fun and colourful night for all involved and a culmination of months of hard work bringing the collaboration together.
