McDonald’s could be joining vegan revolution as bosses consider selling meat-free Big Macs and Quarter pounders.

Heavily processed food like ready meals and ice-cream linked to early death

The amount of ultra-processed food in the diet rose 10 percentage points, for example from 10% to 20%, the risk of the diseases rose 12%. The study, published in the British Medical Journal, does not prove that ultra-processed foods cause disease.
